CALL TO ACTION: 99th Illinois General Assembly
We write to let you know that HB3755 ( Sen. Sandoval), a bill to maintain two persons on a freight train might be voted on in the State Senate Transportation Committee 
Take Action Now!

Please contact your senator conveying your support for the bill. Urge them to do the same when the bill is called for a vote!
IL HB 3755:
  • Not the time for one person crews
  • Maintain the current two person crews
  • The implementation of PTC is a safety overlay – not a process to remove a crew member.
